You may check the current exchange rate here. The conference fee includes conference proceedings, software exhibition, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, reception, and conference dinner, but not the short courses.

Registration Form: Please complete and submit the conference registration form (PDF file, requires free Adobe Reader). Registrations are only valid after payment has been received. Any registration-related question should be directed to Seona Oh (e-mail: saoh(at)gist.ac.kr)..

Insurance: The organizers cannot accept financial responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal property. Conference participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.

Passport and Visa: Every foreign visitor entering the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have visas should apply to a Korean consular office or diplomatic mission in their home country as soon as possible.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. Refund requests should be sent by e-mail to Seona Oh (saoh(at)gist.ac.kr). No requests for refunds will be considered after August 10, 2009 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter sent by the Korean consulate.
