The regular fee includes all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee and lunch breaks, welcome reception, conference banquet, and the excursion to the National Palace Museum and the Taipei 101 observatory (exchange rate). The guest fee for companions covers excursion and banquet.

Note: Registrations are only valid after payment has been received. Papers without registered presenter will be removed after 20 July 2015.

Our online conference registration is a 2-step process. Please first register with the conference system at NTU and don't forget to list your paper number(s) as given in the conference program (example: MC5). From the NTU registration system, please proceed to the online credit card payment system with Hua-Nan bank.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after 20 July 2015 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter.

* The Taiwanese government supports students at Taiwanese universities by covering 50% of the fee (NT 6000).
